Inspiration: French countryside bistros, farmhouse tables. Deconstructed & Playful in a asymmetrical or uniquely shaped plate. Placement: Scatter the noodles loosely on the plate, creating a bed for the mousse. Slice the mousse cylinders at an angle or crumble a small portion. Use smears of sauce in varying sizes and thicknesses.
