Grilled potatoes
Plating a humble dish of grilled potatoes that is homely yet visually appealing - chose to play with garnishes more with sauted onions, cilantro and dollops of cheese arranged and placed over the potato pieces in a way that adds a contrast to the colors of the plate going in 4 different ways.
