Shorisha ilish

A new look to the age old traditional Bengali delicacy of shorisha ilish - kept the plating very simple with the pieces of the fish centered in the shorisha gravy and arranged in a circular pattern, breaking away from the traditional way of plating fish at home, also with no extra garnishes to keep the authentic taste of the dish intact.
