Lime & chili Dory fish

Placing the Dory fish fillet pieces in the center as the hero of the dish, on a white plate so as to make the subtle colors pop, I drizzled a translucent tangy chili lime sauce over the fish, for the shine to surround the fish. The garnish had the bright red chili pieces to add bold contrast to the dish and fresh lemon slices on the two ends to reflect the citrusy flavors and add a refreshing yellow-green hue along with mint leaves to finish. Thin slices of garlic was scattered too to bring a textural view to the dish.
