My plating draws inspiration from the essence of the night that brings peace, joy, and is a reminds me of the happiness of sharing. I’ve garnished it with almonds, raisins, pistachios with a few saffron which represents the golden, peaceful glow of the night. Brushed a thin layer of ghee, server and shared with a lot of love, inherited from my mom.
