Quiche Lorraine with hollandaise sauce

Quiche Lorraine, a savoury french tart... Here I used a dark shade wooden plate to add up some contrast. I put some hollandaise sauce on the plate and just simply stroke the brush on it... Then placed those quiche on the side, I also added some black olive and chilli flakes on the sauce to highlight it more... That's it!! My very simple quiche lorraine.
