Dhaka Chicken Symphony

This dish draws inspiration from the shahi chicken roast with zafrani pulao of Dhaka and Mughal cuisine. The dish has been reimagined. Chicken roulade stuffed with ground spiced nuts and raisins on a saffron korma sauce, served with chicken chop on a smear of honey mustard sauce, and saffron pilaf tuiles, garnished with beresta.
