Sada polau and Chicken Roast.

Take Sada polau in a square shape plate and give it a shape you like. In the middle of Polau i take a small bowl chicken roast with gravy. I use fried onions top of the chicken to look it more interesting. I also use salad like Cucumber and Carrots and style it using a toothpick. It looks different and stylish.
