Fruit Frenzy,

I have always liked to play with the colours of fruits and vegetables by decorating in a minimal style to enhance the dining beauty. My daughter likes to eat fruits mostly and sometimes I try different patterns to increase her attention. I mostly follow landscape and free-form techniques while plating. I didn’t know about the last season, recently hearing from a close relative I really wanted to participate. It will be a great pleasure to attend the reality show of plating by Akij. I cannot wait to be a part of the show.
