Grenblu Gulp

In 2021, i participated in Rise for the world scholarship program and my project was “World Renovation”. It focuses on making the world a better place for us. Global warming is already at an alarming rate and if we don’t act now,the climate may have terrible impacts on us. I also later founded an enterprise named GrenBlu to make positive changes in earth. My dessert Grenblu Gulp represents the colour of earth and the bond of green and blue. This dish is an awareness to save the earth before the green and blue gets apart from each other which symbolizes on planting more trees. I used jello to make this. I used a red plate so the centre of the food looks attractive. I also put some mint leaves with cream to lighten the texture of the food. I tried to make simplicity the main attraction of this plate.
