Classic tiramisu
This plating idea coming from a canvas where everything have meaningful place like this plating . For this plating I use fresh mascarpone with egg yolk, whip cream, and touch of fish gelatin for Ladyfinger biscuit I used egg-white ,flour and icing sugar. side I am using berries like a strawberry caught it with chocolate, blackberry and raspberry blueberry and also I use dark chocolate and white chocolate for extra cake I put one scoop of vanilla ice cream and touch up cocoa powder on the top and side
