Choco Spiral Delight

Idea of the plating: l did a single spiral with chocolate ganache and l tried to make it look a bit neat and classy. Inspiration: A simple spiral plating, spiral platings are thin circular designs and most of the time we made them with different sauces and ganache. I got the idea from those spiral but mine is kinda different. The dessert on top of the ganache is Dark Chocolate Gâteau frosted with whipped cream.
