Golden Echoes ” winters most appreciated”

I am just simply passionate about exploring the taste and texture of food. It's last of winter, so I made some crispy pithas for my friends and family. I named them Golden Echoes cause these held memorable memories of childhood and adolescence. My plating is simple, I don't overdo it cause I believe in the quality of food rather than excessive designing.
