Sylheti Shatkora beef delight

This cuisine is a Sylheti delicacy —beef cooked with a special citrus fruit known as Satkara. It brings back fond memories of my grandmother, who used to prepare it for Friday lunch, always serving it with fragrant Binni Pulao. Since fresh Satkara wasn’t available, I used Satkara achar to recreate the dish. For garnish, I added Naga spice, renowned for its intense heat. This fiery spice comes from the lush green hills of Jaintapur, a picturesque area in Sylhet.
