Steak with shrimp garlic buttersauce

This plating style is called "stacked plating" or "vertical plating." It involves layering ingredients to create height and focous on the plate.Shrimp is placed on top of steak and grilled potato wedges , followed by garlic butter sauce. Garnish with rosemary and microgreens add freshness, colour contrast.
