Caramel Milk Cake

Its a turkish dessert.The cake is super spongy so I added biscuit crumbs beneath it. And constituted with thick chocolate ganash. It blends well with the flavour also looks good. As the cake melts in mouth thats why the ganash is plated with melting texture. I added a bit of mint leave just for the enhancement of colour.
