Maati’r Mohona

I made this chiken biriyani in rice cooker..during my hall life..last day before my Engineering last exam..it was a charm memory for me.. & the teste of biriyani really awesome in the mud plater.. I enjoyed it very much..trying to do cut some onion & gave a vintage Bangali traditional food.. So, that's why i called it Matir mohona. Maati"* means soil/mud in Bengali, symbolizing the earthy plate. - *"Mohona"* means charm or allure, reflecting the traditional Bengali aesthetic.
