Chicken Momo with Green Chutney

I Plating my signature Chicken Momo with green chutney in a unique and artistic way, using a sauce pot shaped like an eye. I crafted the eyebrows / eye lashes with the momos. Creating a playful and visually appealing design. For an extra touch, I served onion rings alongside, as some guests enjoy the combination of momo and singhara samosa with onion. A dish that’s not just about taste, but also a feast for the eyes. My inspiration comes from the compliments I receive from my relatives and the customers of my tiny cloud kitchen whenever they enjoy my food.
