Be My Valentine💝

As Valentines is right around the corner, so why not create a plate inspired by that? Chocolate, sweets & the colour red is what describes valentine. My plating consists of Melted Chocolate, ghee and a little red food colour infused in the Ghee. So, this sweet dish, "ডিমের হালুয়া"; a very traditional dish has the touch of love and modernity with chocolate.
