The French Opera Cake plating
For plating I used different kind of items, My main theme is on desserts. I want to plate a French Opera cake and i have done it. I set the opera cake in a circle of golden liquid food color, i drop some real coffee beans, some raspberry toppers & redvelvet cake crumbs.
