Buratta Salad
It's an Italian dish made with buratta cheese. I arranged the salad in a crescent shape. The cream underneath is beetroot paste made of beetroot, garlic, lemon and spice. I have garnished it with cherry tomatoes, olive oil, basil and some caviar to highlight the flavor.
