I am a student living in Dhaka, currently navigating bachelor life. Since I often cook for myself when my maid is unavailable, I have developed a love for cooking—not just the process but also the art of food presentation, which gives me immense satisfaction. Recently, when I visited home, I told my mom that I could cook a variety of dishes. My goal was to impress her, so I put my heart into every dish I made. One thing I emphasized was using minimal oil, as I prefer lighter, healthier cooking. Beyond taste, I believe presentation plays a crucial role in elevating a dish. I enjoy arranging food in an aesthetically pleasing way, ensuring that every plate looks as good as it tastes. This passion for plating even led me to a competition, where I paid attention to every detail—including a thin finishing line—to make the dish visually appealing to the judges.
